Our Jollof Flavour Bomb brings together the rich, smoky and vibrant flavours that make Jollof so special. Crafted with care and packed with the ingredients that define the dish - tomato, Scotch Bonnet, onions, herbs and savoury chicken stock - this Bomb captures the soul of West African cooking in one easy step.

Simply drop a Flavour Bomb into a pot with rice, oil and 350ml of water, cover with a lid wrapped in a tea towel or foil, and let it infuse as your rice cooks to perfection.
