Refund policy

Returns

When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. As long as your product is unopened and sealed please contact us to arrange a return. We do not cover shipping costs for any returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@flavourbombs.com if the item is defective, the packaging is open or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Please make sure you are happy with your Shopping Cart/Basket before making payment and completing your order.  Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted.  

Refunds
If any refund is due and approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
