Very good when done properly

I ruined it the first time by boiling over the coconut milk and it made the whole thing taste odd. I emailed in and the lovely lady explained how to do it again properly and it was amazing. So glad I tried it again. Can't wait to try the others.

My husband is Guyanese , I've been making this coconut curry from scratch based on his mother's recipe. He couldn't tell the difference between the bomb and his mums 😂 this has saved me a lot of time and effort. He just likes his spicy so I add some chilli.
